In the video, mistaken for being Nepali citizen, a man’s head was forcibly shaved and was made to chant Jai Shri Ram. The man was also made to raise slogans against KP Sharma Oli.

The accused has been identified as Santosh Pandey, who is the leader of a group in Varanasi. Santosh along with six other people have been arrested by Varanasi Police.
Police said that the man whose head was shaved is an Indian citizen and was born in Varanasi along with his family members who are government service employee. The man was given Rs 1,000 to get his head shaved and play the part.
In the video, the man can be seen sitting without a shirt, cross legged and asked to raise slogans against KP Oli.
The video was shared by Arun Pathak on Facebook who is convenor of Vishwa Hindu Sena, Varanasi.
The Varanasi police has reportedly registered an FIR against Arun Pathak under Sections 505(2) and 295 of the IPC and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.
