Nagraj film to come soon. Raj Comics president, Manoj Gupta, confirmed that Ranveer Singh will likely play the Indian superhero ‘Nagraj’. Nagraj or the Snake-King is a fictional superhero created by Rajkumar Gupta and his son’s in the late 1980s. Children from the 90s surely must have read the comics from Raj Comics.

As Ranveer Singh has been famous for his unique personality and outstanding performances, the audience is surely going to relive their childhood memories.
The Nagraj movies will be produced by Bollywood known filmmaker Karan Johar.

In a recent interview Major said, ”We are in talks with Ranveer Singh and Karan Johar for a live-action silver-screen adaptation of Nagraj. While nothing is inked so far, things are looking positive”.
The first issue of Nagraj which was written by Parshuram Sharma was illustrated by Pratap Mullick. Over the years Nagraj had been changed a lot, in looks as well as powers. The first issue Nagraj, was seen as a international terror weapon which was made by evil scientist Professor Nagmani and was made to steal a golden statue of Goddess.
Though Nagraj was successful in his first mission, a Sadhu, who protected the temple managed to remove a control device from Nagraj’s head and freeing him from Nagmani’s control.
The Nagraj project is in its initial stage, and is planned to be released in 2022. This will be the first live-action film of Ranveer's career.
