Samragyee RL Shah or Samragyee Rajya Laxmi Shah belongs to Royal Family of Nepal from the same generation of Prithvi Narayan Shah. She is a Nepali actress and a model. Samragyee first appeared in a music video Dami by Fuba Tamang.

Samragyee was born in Birgunj to Mahesh Bikram Shah and Neha Rajya Laxmi Shah on 18th Nov 1995. RL Shah studied in St Xavier School in Birgunj till class 3. She then moved to India and studied in Saibaba Girls School till class 6. She then joined Royal Academy of India and started studying from class 6 where she studied till her +2.

Since her childhood, she was interested in films and modeling. Samragyee was the second runner up in the Face of Classic Diamond Jewelers fashion competition.
