More people fail not because they lack knowledge or talent but because they just quit. Many people fail because they rely too much on their talent. If you want to be successful you have to learn to be persistent.
You shouldn't quit just because the going got tough. Keep making adjustments and correct yourself from time to time. Continue to fight for your dreams, even if it's uncomfortable. Just because you are stuck somewhere doesn't mean that there are no other way to reach your goal.
3.Lack of planning
Planning helps steer all your actions in one direction. Without planning you will just be moving from one place to the other and you will never reach your goal.
Create plans on what to do and how to respond when confronted with problems, also make sure to update your plans regularly and make necessary adjustments.
4.Lack of belief in yourself
Those who can believe can achieve
You have to believe in yourself, in your ability to find solutions to challenges that you are confronted with. Successful people understand that nothing will work for them if they are not absolutely convinced of it.
Successful people don't allow excuses to stand between themselves and their goals. They understand that making excuses will lead them nowhere.
Don't let your fear of failure, rejection or change confine you within the boundaries of your comfort zone.
6.Resistant to advice
Some people fail because they do not accept valuable feedback. These kind of people prefer being right than opening themselves up for feedback. Listening to feedback and other people's advice resembles the acknowledgement of their own faults, which something they try to avoid at any cost.
Not many might be able to help us but we should listen to those who are willing to give us their advice. Though it might not be comfortable, but if its constructive and helps us gain important insights then it might be worth it.
7.Inability to overcome distractions
The way you deal with distractions can either make or break your success. If you are unable to withstand the temptation of distracting yourself, your workflow will suffer.
If you continuously switch from Facebook to Whatsapp to Instagram, you'll lose sight of what's really important to you. You will be less likely to focus all your attention on the task at hand which might affect your overall efficiency.
