Ohh!!! How we hate those red swell on our face that's painful as well as itchy. We all have had pimples in our lives one time or the other. When we finally think its gone, out pops another and we are depressed for the rest of the time its there on our face. We look at some of our friends with their beautiful and spotless skin and think to ourselves that the creator must have been biased and had made their skin completely different from ours. Having a spotless skin is no miracle but it all boils down to all but one thing - how well do you take care our your skin.

Here are a list of steps that you need to follow in order for you to have that skin that you dream of and get rid of pimples once and for all.

1.Clogged Pores
Due to constant exposure to sun and air pollutants our skin tends to get weaker and weaker due to all that debris that get stuck to our face and clogs our pores which leads to acne. So its important that you wash your face immediately as you reach home then follow a good CTM(Cleansing, Toning, Moisturising) routine. Follow this routine everyday and soon you will thanking yourself for it. 

2.What's On Your Head
Acne is caused due to dandruff in our hair and also due to oily scalp that leads to clogged pores. Its important to get rid of dandruff and oily scalp by washing our hair on alternate days with a good anti-dandruff shampoo.

3.Digestive Problems
Digestive problem is probably the main cause of acne. What you eat, radiates. So, if you want to have that beautiful skin that you crave for you need to make some sacrifices and follow a strict and balanced diet. You need to completely avoid fried foods and almost anything that might disrupt your stomach. Drink lots and lots of water, salmon, green vegetables, fruits and say lessen your sugar intake.

The way you lead your lifestyle shows on your face. If you lead a stressful lifestyle will start have all sorts of skin problems. Leading a healthy lifestyle is important to have a acnefree skin. Indulge yourself into yoga and meditation in order to reduce stress.   

Our skin produces dead skin everyday and in addition to that debris gets collected throughout the day. If you are not exfoliating then this tends to pile up and blocks our pores which leads to acne. Make sure you exfoliate your skin everyday using scrub or a mask. 

6.Hormonal Causes
Hormonal and genetic factor is one of that factor that we have no control over. Most of us get acne on our forehead before our periods. Right before you get it, the estrogen levels in our body dips while testosterone holds steady this leads to blockage of follicles which causes acne.
