How To Take Care Of Your Body


1.Early Morning
Cut the caffine, instead squeeze half of a lemon juice into a warm water and drink it every morning. This helps in hydrating your body, boosts your metabolism, good for the liver and is also useful for good digestion. 
Having caffine everyday increases your levels of cortisol which makes our body ineffective in burning fats.


2.Meditate
If you have never meditated, simply sit with your back straight and count for about 1-5 minutes. Then as you progress, increase your time to 15 minutes or half an hour.

3.Shower
Taking shower helps to dehydrate your skin and makes your skin better. So, its important to take shower from time to time but make sure your don't spend much time in the shower as this might have a negative impact on your body. Water should be lukewarm, rather than hot.
After you get out of the shower, gently pat your arms, chest and legs, etc. with a towel to dry your skin. Never rub your skin aggressively as it will have harsh effect on your skin.


4.Use A Gentle Soap
If you use soaps that are harsh, your skin can become extremely dry which might be discomforting. It is very important to use gentle, soap free products for your everyday use.

5.Moisturising
No matter what your skin type is, it's important that you moisturize your skin daily.
