Nation Common Mobility Card (NCMC), is an inter-operable transport card conceived by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs of the Government of India. It was launched on the March 4, 2019. The transport card enables the user to pay for travel, toll duties(toll taxes), retail shopping and even withdrawn money.

NCMC launched by Prime Minister Modi – One nation, One card
The NCMC will facilitate travellers with Rupay debit card issued in the last 18 months by 23 banks to swipe them for the purpose of metro travel. Payments can be done at all places through NCMC. Passengers will be able to commute on the Airport Express line using this card at anywhere across the country said the DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation). Further a DMRC spokesperson said that this facility will be available by 2022 in the entire Delhi Metro Network.
